A California agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive video and photography production services that deliver professional-quality visual documentation and storytelling. The contractor will be responsible for elevating the agency’s exhibitions, programs, collections, and institutional milestones through a range of visual media.

Key deliverables include production of a 15–20 minute documentary commemorating the agency’s 50th Anniversary, a 2–3 minute documentary trailer, a 90–second sizzle reel showcasing major milestones, and three 60–second vignettes focusing on specific themes or stories. The selected vendor will also cover two public events each month, providing 10–15 edited photos per event that include both candid and staged shots, delivered within 10 business days. In addition, the vendor will create two short, edited videos (up to two minutes each) per month as directed by agency leadership.

All video content must meet high standards, including 4K resolution, professional-quality audio, and color correction suited for both broadcast and digital platforms. Photographs are to be delivered in both print-ready (300 DPI) and web-optimized formats. The contractor will be expected to maintain consistent branding, lighting, and tone in alignment with the agency’s communications and marketing guidelines. The initial contract period will be for one year.
