(1) Vendor needs to provide video and card access management system. – Provide video and card access management software that supports enterprise–level operation, cloud storage integration, local SD card recording, and built–in intrusion and monitoring functionality. – The system shall be secure, cloud–connected, and designed for integration across all specified facilities. – Recording and storage shall continue uninterrupted even if monitoring software fails. – The solution shall use a cloud–hosted control and data storage model. – The software shall include built–in security features to manage and restrict user account access. – The proposer shall determine optimal camera placement to ensure adequate coverage of all required areas. – Cameras must be tamper–resistant and weather–rated for outdoor use. – Cameras must be suitable for both day and night operation. – Card access door hardware and power supplies. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 24, 2025.
