The government authority located in Orange, California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive victim witness assistance program services. The selected provider will deliver restitution services related to misdemeanor cases and offer witness services under the direction of the District Attorney’s Office. Additional responsibilities include supporting domestic violence victims in obtaining protective orders, coordinating witnesses and advocacy during Child Dependency hearings, and providing advocacy for victims impacted by gang violence and human trafficking.

The program also involves case management and event coordination for the Gang Reduction Intervention Partnership, assistance with processing claims for unreimbursed financial losses of crime victims, and identifying and delivering services to crime victims in alignment with the Victim Services Steering Committee’s objectives. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by March 24, 2026.
