DESCRIPTION

The Ministry seeks a vendor to provide application support and hosting services for its Victim Notification System (VNS) solution. The vendor will be responsible for end-to-end migration of relevant legacy data sources, including data currently maintained and operated by the existing service provider.

The work includes comprehensive data profiling and quality assessment, preparation of a Data Quality Findings Report identifying required cleansing, normalization, and de-duplication activities, and migration of all active and legally required records. The vendor must also conduct pre-migration validation and post-migration reconciliation, including record counts, referential integrity checks, and field-level verification.

The vendor must maintain and provide documentation regarding system utilities, APIs, or software used to deliver the services that could interfere with intended controls, weaken security, or create multi-tenant impacts. Documentation must also explain how access to these utilities is restricted to authorized personnel and subject to audit.
