The New York Department of Corrections is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a secure, modern victim notification system. The system must offer robust security, support for multiple languages—with a preference for auto-translation capabilities covering 50 to 100+ languages—and seamless integration with existing DOC systems.

The selected vendor will be responsible for a one-time onboarding and configuration process, including architecture design, implementation management, system customization, and mapping to DOC workflows. Additional requirements include staging environment testing, comprehensive quality assurance and user acceptance testing, as well as a detailed go-live cutover plan. Onboarding materials and operational runbooks must also be provided to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing support. The contract will span a period of one year.
