Specialized veterinary services, animal shelter visits, and immediate availability for emergency office visits are required.

Vendors must ensure 24-hour access for emergency animal drop-offs and provide intensive care facilities at all times. The designated licensed veterinarian will serve as the supervising veterinarian, overseeing disease control and animal health care, and will conduct unannounced inspections of the facility up to once per month to verify compliance with the disease control management plan.
