The state of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive veterinary electronic medical records system for use within a college environment. The desired system must serve as an enterprise-wide solution, integrating core functional areas such as accounting and billing, front desk and scheduling, inventory management, pharmacy workflows, electronic medical records, as well as portals for referring veterinarians and clients.

This system will act as a foundational infrastructure, supporting a wide range of clinical, educational, and administrative operations throughout the college. Key requirements include enhanced support for billing operations, productivity assessment, accurate financial tracking, and resource allocation. The implementation is intended to optimize operational efficiency, improve quality of care, and strengthen institutional accountability through data-driven decision-making.

The contract for this project will span three years.
