(1) Vendor needs to provide veterinary electronic medical records system.– System provides an enterprise wide solution encompassing accounting/billing, front desk/scheduling, inventory management, pharmacy, electronic medical record, referring veterinarian and client portal, etc.– System will serve as a critical infrastructure component for our college, supporting a wide range of clinical, educational, and administrative functions– System will play a central role in billing operations and productivity assessment. Functions are vital for ensuring accurate financial tracking, optimizing resource allocation, and supporting data–driven decision–making across the college. Implementation of this system represents a strategic investment in operational efficiency, quality of care, and institutional accountability. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 24, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
