(1) Vendor needs to provide veterans workforce outreach service.– This Request for Applications (RFA) is for the Veterans Workforce Outreach• Agency is seeking Applications from Eligible Applicants to:– Outreach those Hard–to–Serve Veterans who are not currently being served through Workforce Solutions Offices– Address Qualifying Barriers to Employment faced by Hard–to–Serve Veterans– Reintegrate Hard–to–Serve Veterans into meaningful employment– Support Hard–to–Serve Veterans in retaining employment• Overall, Grantees are required to provide the following– A strong outreach and enrollment strategy that targets the Hard–to–Serve Veteran population– An intake and assessment component, including referrals to Workforce Solutions Offices staff for assessment for potential DVOP services, to target resources based on the individualized needs of the Hard–to–Serve Veteran being served– A network of community resources through agreements with established community partners– A supportive Services component to assist program participants in achieving program goals– A job development and job placement component to assist program participants in obtaining and retaining meaningful employment(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 15, 2025(3) An Eligible Applicant under this RFA is CBO.
