The organization seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive solution for veterans' critical communication, including software, inserter, and postal permit services. The system should print pages in PAVE-sorted order to minimize postage costs and support postal savings through grouping, batch printing, sorting, and merging. Real-time adjustments without IT involvement are required, as well as support for integrity barcodes such as OMR, BCR, and 2D formats.
The solution must deliver a list of any problem addresses to the VA for each print job, incorporating return codes for address correction. It should be compatible with in-scope color production copiers and printers, ensure section 508 compliance with an available VPAT, and integrate with the system inserter. Additionally, the vendor must provide one year of on-site support (40 hours per week) with a qualified engineer to support enhanced applications, departmental training, and ongoing service.
