(1) Vendor needs to provide Veritas enterprise software maintenance and support services.– Provide comprehensive maintenance and support services to support this vital part of the Data Center and Infrastructure computing environment.– Maintenance and support of agency currently owned Veritas Enterprise Vault software and licenses v.14.0, Release date: 2020–11–16.– Provide 24x7x365 technical support; on–call technical support to mitigate severe business impacts and during standard business hours for all other onsite support; security certificates, maintenance upgrades, and the replacement of any software(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on November 10, 2025.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2025.(4) The contract period will be for two years.
