The solution must offer a unified application, dashboard, or platform to deliver standardization and uniformity across all fleet vehicles, displaying measurements in the Metric System.

Key requirements include real-time fleet tracking with live mapping capabilities and maintaining a minimum of one year’s historical data for most of the fleet. The system should be accessible via a mobile application that supports concurrent use on multiple smart devices, and must handle features such as real-time location tracking, asset management, and instant notifications.

Additional functionality should include generating a variety of reports (such as daily and monthly trip summaries, idle times, mileage, and geofencing), customizable landmarking, in-cab audible alerts, and a driver evaluation/scoring system. Stringent data management standards are expected, including secure data recording, encryption, access, transmission, and storage in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
