The city is seeking a road-legal 4WD vehicle manufacturer to participate in a two-year pilot program providing sponsorship services for city events, facilities, and various municipal initiatives. The selected manufacturer will contribute either funding assistance or in-kind resources to support the city’s needs and community projects.
In exchange, the vehicle manufacturer will receive opportunities for naming and sponsorship rights, including but not limited to city event sponsorship, facility naming rights, and other applicable recognition, in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations. This partnership is intended to provide mutual benefits by enhancing community programs while increasing brand visibility for the selected vehicle manufacturer.
Vendors are encouraged to submit any questions regarding the proposal process by April 3, 2026.
Best-fit vendors:
