The City is seeking a qualified vendor to provide vehicle decal printing and installation services for 54 police vehicles. The selected vendor will be responsible for the removal of existing decals and the production and installation of new graphics featuring a two-color design in black, white, and grey. Detailed color, font, and design specification will be provided at the time of contract award to ensure consistency with the city's current fleet branding.
Vendors must account for both left and right side graphics, which will include the city seal as the primary design element. In addition, unique fender and tailgate numbers will be required for each installation. The vendor will be expected to provide all graphics and vector files, including those modified or created as part of the project, to the City upon completion. All questions related to this RFP must be submitted by June 5, 2026.
