(1) Vendor needs to provide vehicle camera system.–A cloud–based fleet maintenance software that supports comprehensive and scalable operations across a mixed fleet of vehicles.– The ideal solution will also staff to schedule preventative maintenance, track service history, manage assets, and support compliance reporting.– GPS and telematics integration for predictive maintenance.– Cloud based browser and mobile access.• Camera and recorder hardware service:– 1080p @ 15–30 fps (day/night, wide dynamic range).– Dynamic zoom.– Synchronized audio capture.– GPS/time sync with overlay.– System health monitoring with alerts.– Metadata preservation with cryptographic integrity.• Video management and evidence software:– Search by multiple parameters (date/time, GPS, event, driver, tag, etc.).– AI driver–behavior and coaching: system shall include cloud analytics that detect and flag distracted driving (eyes off road), hands–off–wheel, following distance, rolling stops, speeding, harsh events (brake/accel/turn), seatbelt use, and mobile–device use.– Integration with vehicle diagnostics to flag mechanical issues or warning indicators such as check–engine lights, oil pressure, or brake system alerts if available.– Open APIs/webhooks for CAD/AVL/MDT and fleet systems.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 11, 2025.
