(1) Vendor needs to provide values–based food procurement corporate strategy consultant services.– Consultant will develop a strategy for agency to move a food service management company working in, at minimum, the K–12 sector, to commit to targets for increasing values–aligned food procurement in order to facilitate implementation of the Good Food Purchasing Program and similar efforts adopted by their clients.
