The selected vendor will provide Valid8 Software Subscriptions with unlimited usage, covering data access, hosting, and processing. The subscription must support unlimited users and effective user rights management, while ensuring access to all future software releases, ongoing support, and maintenance.
Key functionalities required include extraction of date, time, and transaction activity from bank statement PDFs; automated quality control for each bank statement cycle; recognition, extraction, and matching of items from check and deposit slip images with bank statement transactions; and automated quality control for each check or deposit slip item. Additionally, the solution must facilitate transaction list uploads in CSV format, period reconciliation, detection of automatic transfers between accounts, and support for multiple currencies. Other needs include custom transaction categorization, interactive data visualization, export options, and seamless one-click syncing with Microsoft Excel.
