Naval Air Systems Command, through the V-22 Joint Program Office (PMA-275), is undertaking a sole-source procurement with the Bell Boeing Joint Project Office (JPO) for the sustainment and enhancement of the V-22 Tactical Software Suite (TSS). This contract covers engineering, management, technical, and acquisition efforts related to the Fiscal Year 2027 software release and addresses V-22 Problem Reports (VPRs) for MV, CMV, and CV-22 aircraft variants.

The scope of work includes software product updates, qualification testing, integration with the air vehicle, airworthiness substantiation, and flight test demonstration, as well as validation and verification of the fleet software release. The estimated period of performance for this effort is two years, with a planned award date of May 31, 2027.

This procurement is being awarded on a sole-source basis, as Bell Boeing JPO is the only known source possessing the necessary technical data, engineering expertise, and experience required for these specialized sustainment efforts.
