A healthcare organization is seeking a UX design partner to enhance the user experience of its SaaS healthcare platform. The engagement will proceed in three phases:

In Phase 1 (Discovery & UX Assessment), the partner will review business goals, user personas, flows, and existing platform features, with an emphasis on navigation, accessibility, and responsiveness. This stage also includes analyzing user feedback, usage patterns, and conducting targeted stakeholder interviews to identify key friction points and unmet needs.

In Phase 2 (Roadmap Development), the partner will develop a prioritized UX/UI enhancement roadmap, categorizing improvements as immediate, short-term, or long-term. Design rationales, potential quick wins, and considerations for the design system should be included.

Phase 3 (Rapid Design Execution) involves delivering updated design files and prototypes, documentation, and collaborating with the internal development team to implement and test improvements. Deliverables include a comprehensive UX assessment report, a prioritized roadmap, implemented design updates (such as Figma files or prototypes), and a final presentation to platform leadership and the product team.
