(1) Vendor needs to provide utility response management and dispatch system. • Utility response management software companies for utilities, including after–hours call answering, dispatch system operations, and integration with other city systems • Call Answering & Dispatch Services: The Contractor shall provide after–hours call answering and dispatch services during the following periods: from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday, and from 3:30 p.m. on Friday through 7:00 a.m. on the following Monday. • Event Detection & Customer Engagement: This system shall include a response protocol, which allows for citizen engagement and communication during such events. • Provide an after–hours, weekend, and holiday answering service at a flat rate, with no additional charges for high–volume usage periods. • Provide tools or dashboards that detail after–hours calls received and dispatched, major outages, and crew responsiveness • Contractor shall explain how it applies Human–in–the–Loop (HITL) principles in AI/ML–assisted processes. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 14, 2025.
