(1) Vendor needs to provide utility rebate management system• Provide a turnkey rebate, equipment tracking, workflow management, and reporting system.• A cloud–hosted system built on Salesforce CRM to manage applications, approvals, and payments.• Solution must support similar functionality while improving reporting, customer and contractor access, and staff workflow.• CRM functions for customer data, communications, and email campaigns, with integration to the Outlook email system preferred.• Provide enhancements leading towards AI recognition of documents and images provided on online portal application process or uploaded by staff to automate the creation of projects and fill in data regarding various measure offerings.• End–to–end rebate processing and automated workflows.• Customer and contractor web portal with document management.• Automated alerts and notifications for key milestones.• Migration of historical account, project, and measure data with attached files.• Support for account data uploads via API or CSV, including new and updated records.• Role–based access controls and SSO integration.• Customer authentication via CIS integration or account validation• Staff dashboards, reporting, budget tracking, energy and water savings tracking.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 09, 2025.
