The desired platform must support unlimited concurrent users and accommodate an unlimited number of utility accounts. Key functionalities include rapid import of utility bills from various spreadsheet formats such as .xlsx, .xls, and Access, timely retrieval and extraction of itemized historical consumption data, and the ability to set facility-specific utility usage baselines. The software should also feature internal mechanisms to detect and flag data anomalies for review and correction.

Furthermore, the system should provide customizable dashboards that can be configured at the campus or individual account level, supporting a range of data points for comprehensive utility tracking and analysis.
