(1) Vendor needs to provide utility billing customer interface website portal service.– Provide a website customer portal to utilities rate payers through an online portal to access customer accounts to make payments, view bills and transactions, set up autopay, review usage, set water and electric threshold alert notifications, start or stop new services, review or request payment extension, and request service calls.– View and manage accounts.– Username and login–single sign on.– Account profile–change email, password, username, telephone number, mailing address.– Sign up for electronic billing statements.– View and set payment extension.– Alert notifications for new bill available, payment confirmation by email or sms text.– Auto link and view multiple accounts with ability to pay multiple accounts.– View all fees on the account such as new connection, reconnection, miscellaneous and charges, etc.– Ability to download copy of statements via pdf or excel.– Availability in multi languages.– Alert notifications usage and set up threshold notifications.– Outage map to display current outages.– Automated outage alerts.– Mobile app or webpage that supports mobile experience.– Social integration.– Experience in utility system integrations and utilities website portals.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 26, 2026.
