Vendor needs to provide usher and attendant services for theatrical and/or musical live performances. Responsibilities include greeting patrons and providing courteous assistance, ticket scanning or verification, directing patrons to seating areas, and assisting with ADA accommodations. Pre-event responsibilities involve attending briefings, reviewing seating maps and event-specific instructions, and ensuring staff arrive on time and in uniform. Post-event responsibilities include assisting with the orderly exit of patrons and reporting incidents or safety concerns. Staffing and supervision are required. All questions must be submitted no later than March 2, 2026. The contract period will be for one year.
