(1) Vendor needs to provide user traffic data platform.– User traffic data platform to better track patron visits within library branch locations.– Provide data ranging from historic to near–real time.– Ability to access, create, and save unlimited points of interest and unlimited reports for locations throughout the state.– Ability for users to draw geofences on the fly without waiting to have locations indexed.– Receive and utilize only location data that is stripped of all personally identifiable information.– Data must be proprietary and sourced directly by mobile application data partners rather than purchased through 3rd party data brokers or aggregators.– Use end–to–end encryption to protect their data.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 8,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on December 23,2025.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
