Designs must adhere to accessibility compliance, support mobile responsiveness, and incorporate performance best practices. The scope includes content creation and migration, document and page migration, content lifecycle management, optimization, search engine optimization (SEO), and navigation development. The vendor will provide UI mockups, prototypes, wireframes, style guidelines, UX flowcharts, sitemap diagrams, UX writing, microcopy, and recommendations for enhancing information architecture. The contract will span a ten-year period, supporting secure and successful website launches with all technical, operational, and user readiness requirements addressed.
