The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), through its Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center, intends to extend and increase capacity for its existing Regional Multiple Award Construction Contracts (RMACC II). These contracts, which span eight regions and encompass forty-eight Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) agreements, are vital for ensuring continuity in depot-level maintenance and mission-critical construction services.
The planned modifications include extending the period of performance for each affected RMACC II contract by up to twenty-four months beyond their current end dates, as well as increasing the ordering capacity for selected regions where additional support is needed. These actions are necessary to maintain uninterrupted mission capability while the next generation of contracts (RMACC III) undergoes a competitive procurement process.
No changes will be made to the scope, nature of work, or other existing terms and conditions of the RMACC II contracts. All tasks will continue to be awarded through competition among the current contract holders, in accordance with existing contract requirements.
