The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District (USACE SPK), is seeking qualified firms to provide design-build services for the NSA-U Consolidation Mission Facility in Utah. This significant undertaking uses a two-phase design-build delivery method and will result in a firm-fixed price contract. The estimated magnitude of construction for this project ranges between $250,000,000 and $500,000,000, with completion required within 1,310 calendar days.

The scope of work involves the design and construction of administrative and commons facilities built to Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) standards. The administrative facility will provide office areas, conference rooms, storage, and a multipurpose auditorium, along with infrastructure, equipment, communications spaces, and general support areas. The commons facility will further support the mission consolidation requirements. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in a Virtual Industry Day, where the project overview, anticipated milestones, and procurement schedule will be presented, along with opportunities for Q&A and industry networking.

This opportunity is intended for contractors with experience in large-scale, high-security federal facility projects and design-build delivery.
