DESCRIPTION

The University of Rhode Island (URI) Facilities Operations Department is seeking proposals for a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) that includes software, implementation services, training, and technical support to serve the URI campus. The goal is to select and implement a system that will maximize operational efficiency, simplify inventorying of assets, and support scheduling of preventative and annual maintenance of assets. The initial contract period is for the implementation plus three years, with the option for up to three additional 3-year renewal periods.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be a single vendor providing software, implementation services, training, and technical support
Must register in Ocean State Procures to submit a response
Must provide a redacted copy of any document marked as confidential
Must have professional liability insurance of $2,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 annual aggregate
Must have technology errors and omissions insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 annual aggregate
Must have information technology cyber/privacy insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 annual aggregate
