NL Health Services is seeking a qualified marketing agency to develop and execute a two-phase public awareness advertising campaign about urgent and emergency care in Newfoundland and Labrador. The aim is to improve public understanding of urgent care services, clarifying how they differ from emergency care, through a comprehensive and strategic advertising initiative.
The selected agency will be responsible for creating and implementing a marketing plan aligned with NL Health Services’ objectives and messages. Key tasks include developing a creative campaign concept, producing all necessary advertising assets, executing a mixed media advertising buy (including radio, television, billboards, transit/bus shelters, social media, and other digital channels), and continually optimizing campaign performance. Deliverables will comprise television and digital video ads, photography, motion graphics, illustrations and/or voiceovers, accessible video formats, transcripts, alt text, and high-contrast versions, as needed.
The agency is also expected to monitor the campaign’s effectiveness, provide detailed analytics, and offer strategic recommendations for future phases. The advertising approach will emphasize inclusivity and accessibility, ensuring broad reach across Newfoundland and Labrador.
