Vendor needs to provide urgent and emergency care advertising campaign service. Marketing and advertising agencies to develop and execute a two–phase initial public awareness campaign focused on improving understanding of urgent care services and how they differ from emergency care. Responsible for developing a comprehensive advertising plan, producing all creative assets required to support the plan, executing a mixed media advertising buy, monitoring performance, and providing analytics and recommendations for future phases. Develop a phased advertising strategy aligned with NL Health Services’ messaging and objectives. Propose a media mix (radio, television, billboards, transit/bus shelters, social media and digital channels, etc.). Develop a creative concept for campaign execution, including visual identity elements as needed. Deliverables include television and digital video ads, supporting photography, motion graphics, illustrations and/or voiceovers, accessible video formats, transcripts, alt text, and high–contrast versions as applicable. Includes ongoing optimization throughout the campaign and billboards/out–of–home signage. All questions must be submitted no later than Feb 2, 2026.
