DLA Aviation intends to issue a request for quote (RFQ) for the upgrade of a California Heating Equipment Model: 10' x 5' x 3' Solution Furnace/2092 Drop Bottom Furnace in accordance with Technical Specification VIBB 25–40–1014. The project requirements include the complete technical data package, delivery of machine, training, technical data, installation, IUID tag, gantry crane system, and shipping to Fleet Readiness Center Southwest at Naval Air Station North Island, California.

The contract will be awarded under a firm-fixed price structure using lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. The performance period is 210 days after receipt of order. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the destination site. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit proposals that demonstrate their capability, and proposals must be submitted by the listed deadline.

All respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to proposal submission. Late proposals may not be considered for award.
