Vendor needs to provide unmanned aircraft systems design, integration and deployment solution. • Design, integration, deployment, and technical sustainment of a counter–unmanned aircraft systems (c–UAS) capability that delivers detection, identification, monitoring, and tracking (DIMT), with integrated informed decision support, to support airspace situational awareness within the flight restricted zone • Continuous Tracking: System provides continuous tracking capability for detected targets. • RID Integrity: System includes logic to detect Remote ID anomalies and spoofing (e.g., impossible motion). • Confidence Indicators: System provides operator visible confidence levels and uncertainty indicators for tracks. • Library Management: Versioned RF library management supported with 15–minute rollback capability. • Open Interfaces: System utilizes open interfaces (APIs) for data sharing; no proprietary lock–in. • Live Acceptance: Acceptance contingent upon successful live operational demonstration. • Real–World Data: Performance evidence derived from real–world deployments, not exclusively laboratory testing. • Advisory–Only Role: Acknowledgment that the system provides decision support only; no enforcement or automated mitigation authority.
