(1) Vendor needs to provide university reactor sharing and outreach service. • Program purpose is to advance nuclear energy science and technology to meet environmental and economic needs • Increase opportunities for collaboration among faculty and students on nuclear science and engineering • Enable deployment of advanced nuclear reactors. • Develop advanced nuclear fuel cycles. • Maintain leadership in nuclear energy technology. • Improve public awareness and understanding of nuclear science, engineering, and technology through research reactor visits and other outreach opportunities • Engage with communities to promote nuclear science, engineering, and technology to educate and recruit the next generation nuclear energy workforce. • Establish pathways for future self–sustaining and mutually beneficial partnerships with User Institutions or other educational institutions. • Meaningful qualitative and quantitative educational and research engagement of faculty and students from User Institutions
