(1) Vendor needs to provide university engagement platform. • Student engagement that connects students with campus activities, organizations, and opportunities. • The platform must provide powerful tools for university departments, offices, and student groups to promote events, track attendance, deploy surveys and elections, manage members efficiently, and verify service hours. • The system must also support seamless information sharing with other campus applications and reduce administrative burden through digital workflows. • Additionally, the platform must enable comprehensive data analytics and reporting capabilities to inform strategic decision–making, assess program effectiveness, and support institutional goals related to student success and engagement outcomes. (2) The contract period will be for Five years.
