(1) Vendor needs to provide universal behavioral health screener system.– Universal behavioral health screening system that measures and monitors youth and adolescents’ social, emotional and behavioral functioning.– System that provides the universal screening tool must be available via an online user platform.– Platform must also include a secure online data management system, detailed data analysis capacities.– Platform is a brief, repeatable, multi–informant assessment that measures behavior and social–emotional learning skills and supports universal screening, progress monitoring, outcome assessment, and program evaluation.– Data must be exportable (CSV format) from the universal screening system into Panorama, or the district–approved system for tiered interventions and supports.– Platform must also have a targeted progress monitoring tool that is scientifically normed and validated.– Translated into multiple languages.– Includes ratings from multiple stakeholder perspectives, including clinicians, parents, teachers, and student self–reports.– Multiple delivery modes, including paper and online ratings, and the ability to send platform links directly to raters via email.– Online platform should also include a flexible progress–monitoring feature to meet students' treatment monitoring needs.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 18,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
