DESCRIPTION


The issuing organization is seeking a public relations partner to provide representation services in the United States and Canada. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communications initiatives designed to increase awareness, consideration, and travel interest.

Scope of work includes developing and implementing an annual public relations strategy aligned with business objectives, along with providing ongoing strategic communications counsel and recommendations. The vendor will also lead proactive media relations programs targeting travel, lifestyle, luxury, wellness, business, broadcast, and consumer media, and will create story angles, pitches, press releases, and other media materials.

Additional responsibilities include identifying and recommending media, influencers, creators, and content producers, as well as supporting the planning and execution of media familiarization trips and creator programs. The vendor will also help identify strategic partnership opportunities with brands, media organizations, tourism stakeholders, airlines, and other relevant partners, while supporting destination activations, events, and media engagements.

The contract term is one year. The selected firm will also provide crisis communications and reputation management support, including key messaging, media responses, and communications protocols during issues or crisis situations. Questions are due by July 16, 2026.
