This solicitation seeks a vendor to provide a UNIPOC management system that supports clinical laboratory and patient care operations. The system must maintain a fully operational point-of-care testing environment capable of supporting rapid diagnostic testing and must include all required instrumentation, software, interfaces, consumables, quality control support, maintenance, technical support, and user training.
The selected vendor will be responsible for delivery and installation of equipment, initial system setup and configuration, and integration support with existing electronic health record (EHR), laboratory information systems (LIS), and scripting software. Additional required services include initial staff training, preventive and corrective maintenance, repair services, software upgrades and updates, technical and customer support, replacement parts and supplies, and quality control and proficiency testing support.
The anticipated contract term is one year. This opportunity is designated as an Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) set-aside.
