(1) Vendor needs to provide unified mass communication system.– Design, configure, implement, host (or support hosting of), and provide ongoing support for unified communication platform.– Mass communication platform to replace and consolidate multiple existing school– and activity–level tools into a single, accessible, secure, and highly reliable system.– Solution must support districtwide mass notifications, emergency alerts, classroom and activity messaging, newsletters, and family engagement, all within one multilingual, accessible platform.– Mass notifications and emergency alerts (voice, SMS, email, app push, and web postings).– Mobile applications for iOS and android and web–based access for staff, students, and families.– Family engagement tools such as secure messaging, forms, surveys and parent–teacher scheduling.– Newsletter and marketing tools for district and school communications.– Accessibility features that support ADA standards, including compatibility with assistive technologies and braille transcription devices.– Integration with Skyward Qmlativ and other district systems via secure APIs and/or standard interfaces.– Role–based and audience–based messaging for district, school, classroom, activity, and athletics programs.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
