(1) Vendor needs to provide unclaimed property software.– Providing a comprehensive software solution to support citizens handling of unclaimed property and related records.– The services will support efforts to return unclaimed property to the appropriate party or remit them to the appropriate authority if the property remains unclaimed. The unclaimed property most commonly relates to uncashed checks issued by during its property insurance operations, such as premium refund and claims checks.– Assist staff with creation, transmission, and management of legally required unclaimed property reports, notifications, and other documentation necessary to comply.(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 06, 2026.
