The solution should assist both citizens and staff in managing unclaimed property records, with a primary focus on returning unclaimed assets—most commonly uncashed checks from property insurance operations such as premium refunds and claims checks—to their rightful owners, or remitting them to the proper authority when claimants cannot be identified.

The selected software must support the full lifecycle of unclaimed property processes, including the creation, transmission, and management of required reports, notifications, and all legally mandated documentation needed for regulatory compliance.
