An Oregon-based organization is seeking a qualified vendor to optimize and modernize its Tyler Enterprise ERP (Munis) system. The engagement will focus on improving workflows and processes within the Munis platform, including critical modules such as accounts payable, budget, purchasing, human resources, and payroll.

Vendors must have deep expertise in Munis workflow configuration, HR/payroll and position control best practices, accounts payable process optimization, and municipal ERP security models. The scope of work includes analyzing current operations, providing recommendations for system improvements, and assisting with the implementation of approved revisions. Additional responsibilities include automating processes to reduce bottlenecks, enhancing turnaround times through features such as automated routing, notifications, and exception handling, as well as conducting staff training and providing supporting documentation for long-term sustainability.

Other key tasks involve updating payroll tax tables, processing Tyler forms, managing ERP payments, and delivering comprehensive analytics and reporting. The contract will be awarded for a one-year period, with all questions regarding the project to be submitted by January 14, 2026.
