(1) Vendor needs to provide Tyler enterprise ERP (Munis) optimization system.– Tyler Enterprise ERP (Munis) software platform and providing recommendations for improvements and to assist with implementation of approved System revisions. – Familiarity with Tyler enterprise ERP (Munis) operations, modules, and software features. – Contractors must have a deep expertise in Munis workflow configuration, human resources (HR)/payroll and position control best practices, accounts payable process optimization, and municipal ERP security models – Modernize and optimize existing munis workflows across key modules (e.g., accounts payable, budget, purchasing, human resources, and payroll). – Reduce bottlenecks and improve turnaround times through automated routing, notifications, and exception handling. – Provide staff training and supporting documentation to ensure successful adoption and longterm sustainability. – Enterprise analytics and reporting. – Payroll tax table updates. – Tyler forms processing – Enterprise ERP payments. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 14, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
