The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a two-way texting messaging platform to enhance communication with claimants and policyholders. The platform must integrate with Origami Risk, the current policy and claims operating system, to facilitate automated text triggers based on examiner-entered dates. Incoming texts should either trigger tasks or notifications in Origami, or require examiners to monitor the messaging platform directly.
The solution must support routing incoming texts, photos, and documents directly into ImageRight, the document management system. It should enable system-level push of text logs and received images back into Origami Risk as notes or files. The platform must allow a single conversation thread to include a claimant, a nurse case manager, and an examiner, and offer translation features for non-English speaking recipients. Additional requirements include exporting certified text logs for legal discovery with timestamps and metadata, configuring retention of text logs according to record retention policy, and providing managerial oversight for conversation threads for quality control.
Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by March 11, 2026.
Best-fit vendors:
• Software vendors with experience in messaging platforms
• Expertise in integrating solutions with Origami Risk and ImageRight
• Proven track record in insurance or claims technology
• Ability to support translation features and legal compliance
• Established presence in the United States
