(1) Vendor needs to provide turnkey enterprise asset management and enterprise resource management system.– System shall support the full lifecycle management of fleet assets, facilities, infrastructure, and related equipment, while providing comprehensive functionality for financial management, procurement, inventory, safety, and enterprise reporting.– System must be scalable, configurable, secure, and capable of supporting continuous 24/7 transit operations.– Data migration shall include cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation of all assets, inventory, maintenance history, project data, vendor data, contract information, and financial records.– Functional Requirements:– Work Order Management– Asset Management– Preventive and Predictive Maintenance– Inventory and Parts Management(2) A pre–proposal meeting will be held on February 5, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 12, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
