DESCRIPTION

The government authority seeks a qualified vendor to provide trustee, registrar, and paying agent services for tax-exempt and taxable state and local government obligations. The selected provider will administer the trust estate, maintain the trust estate under the applicable indenture, and enter into supplemental trust indentures, continuing disclosure agreements, and escrow agreements related to any applicable refunding of outstanding bonds.
