DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide comprehensive implementation services for the Trimble Unity Maintain system. This includes requirements development, system configuration, asset hierarchy and workflow setup, data migration, integration with GIS and adjacent systems, as well as testing, training, and go-live support. The implemented solution must support conveyance operations, ongoing maintenance, regulatory compliance, performance monitoring, and long-term capital improvement planning for the regional conveyance system.

Key responsibilities include centralizing maintenance activities, work management, and asset-related documentation. The vendor will conduct workflow and process mapping to document current practices, identify operational gaps, and design standardized processes for maintenance, inspection, and work management. Asset data, maintenance histories, inspection records, and related information will be migrated from existing systems and spreadsheets, with an emphasis on traceability and data integrity. Data cleanup, normalization, and reconciliation of asset identifiers are essential to ensure readiness for migration.

Additionally, the project aims to improve and standardize inspection, preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance processes. The vendor will be expected to support change-management initiatives to facilitate user adoption of the new system. System boundaries and responsibilities between Trimble Unity Maintain and ArcGIS Enterprise must be clearly defined, and a sustainable integration strategy established.
