The U.S. Department of the Treasury is seeking qualified small business contractors to participate in the Treasury Construction Ordering Vehicle (TCOV). This opportunity covers repair, alteration, and renovation projects for the Main Treasury and The Freemans Bank Building. The vehicle is intended for a variety of construction, repair, and real property improvement projects on an as-needed basis, supporting a range of activities from interior and exterior renovations to significant building system repairs.
Preference will be given to contractors with Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and/or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certifications. Respondents must be verified, registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), and have up-to-date certifications through the Small Business Administration. Scope of work may include office renovations, repair or replacement of building systems (electrical, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and mechanical), storm drainage, roofing, demolition, earthwork, pavement repairs, and related construction services. Selected contractors are expected to provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, licenses, insurance, and bonding required for project completion, except where otherwise specified at the order level.
This procurement aims to establish a roster of qualified small business contractors who can respond quickly to the evolving construction and renovation needs of Treasury facilities.
