(1) Vendor needs to provide travel modelling and GIS support system. – Software development, database software, data management, big data sources and analytics, travel modelling, data analysis, and data acquisition, including working in the context of a data management arena. – The section core program centers on the acquisition and analysis and modelling of transportation system demand data. – These will include on–premises, server–based, and cloud–based applications. – Software recommendations reports, software integration plans, software upgrades that implement plans and recommendations. – Participation in development of software to automate upload and transfer of data into SAP from other media– This could occur within an existing platform like ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS enterprise, or in a custom application deployed. – This also includes development using existing Esri application builders, including Experience Builder, Dashboards, and Story Maps. – Production of an accurate and routable representation of dual carriageways (divided roadways) on the state highway system. – Connecting to and processing real–time data feeds, and rendering outputs in various formats, including tables and GIS layers. – GIS spatial data creation, manipulation and cleanup. – Tabular data creation, analysis and editing. – Recommendations on software and data integration– Systems and data integration with other business units. – Tabular data creation, analysis and editing. – Software recommendations reports. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 21, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
