Responsibilities include leveraging partnerships and resources to execute effective marketing and advertising campaigns, developing brand awareness tactics, and securing editorial coverage in influential publications and digital platforms. The firm must be fluent in both Spanish and English and maintain an established office within the target market, staffed with a dedicated account manager and support team responsible for managing the agency account.

Strategic planning is a key component of the contract, with required meetings involving principal and account management staff to collaboratively develop a comprehensive plan for promoting Arizona in identified markets. These meetings will occur either in-person or virtually within thirty days of contract award. The contract will have a one-year term.
