(1) Vendor needs to provide trauma registry software. – Agency is seeking a trauma registry software solution to support its level I and level III trauma programs. – Vendor offering modern software capable of managing all aspects of patient registry, including trauma, emergency general surgery (EGS), etc., utilizing core demographics and foundational clinical data. • Features & Components: – Automatic interface with Epic and Cerner – Ability to set up one large system to cover multiple trauma/EGS programs – Performance Improvement and report writing capabilities – Built in assistance with Trauma Verification through the agency – Availability of technical support, including services available at no additional cost – Ability to build custom fields and any limitations – Compatibility with HL7 import or equivalent – Import capabilities with state and region as well as NTDB/TQIP (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 2, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
