An Ohio agency is seeking a modern trauma registry software solution to support its level I and level III trauma programs. The ideal software should manage all aspects of patient registries, including trauma and emergency general surgery (EGS), by utilizing core demographic and foundational clinical data.

Key requirements include automatic integration with Epic and Cerner systems, the ability to establish a comprehensive system covering multiple trauma and EGS programs, and robust performance improvement and reporting functionalities. The software should provide built-in support for trauma verification, customizable data fields (with clear communication of any limitations), HL7 or equivalent compatibility, and the capability to import data from state, regional, NTDB, and TQIP sources. Vendors must offer technical support services, including assistance available at no additional cost.

The contract will be for a three-year period. Interested vendors are required to submit all questions by December 2, 2025.
