(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation strategy and comprehensive corridor plan service. • Create predictability and reduce development review timelines in areas appropriate for responsible development and constrain development in areas not appropriate for development • Develop a land use vision and plan that aligns future development with community priorities • Improve transportation, transit, and multi–modal connectivity along the corridor. • Identify infrastructure needs and constraints to support responsible development • Website with maps and interactive options. • Digital surveys • Community pop up events (led by staff and advisory committee) at numerous community events, with materials provided by consultant team to inform, involve, and collaborate with community members throughout the corridor • Outreach toolkit (not full branding) for use by Advisory Committee • Growth Area Framework Map, GIS based and fully editable • Implementation funding strategy overview outlining the types of funding sources and partnerships that align with the plan’s major recommendations.
