The municipality seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive platform for transportation infrastructure asset mapping and AI analytics. The solution should include vehicle-mounted or mobile sensor systems capable of capturing pavement distresses, traffic signs and regulatory devices, road markings, ADA curb ramps (if applicable), guardrails, and other roadside infrastructure.
The platform must offer automated asset detection powered by artificial intelligence, including pavement condition indexing or an equivalent rating system. The asset inventory should be GIS-integrated, with data export capabilities compatible with ESRI or other industry-standard GIS systems.
