The platform must offer automated asset detection powered by artificial intelligence, including pavement condition indexing or an equivalent rating system. The asset inventory should be GIS-integrated, with data export capabilities compatible with ESRI or other industry-standard GIS systems. Additional requirements include reporting dashboards and capital planning tools.

A secure, cloud-based dashboard should be provided, featuring user role management and ensuring that all data ownership remains with the municipality. The system must enable the download and export of both raw and processed data.

Support requirements include initial onboarding and training, technical support, a clear implementation timeline, and the provision for optional multi-year subscription pricing.
