The government authority in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional engineering services for updating its transportation impact fee study. This includes revising land use assumptions and the transportation improvements plan, as mandated by the agency. The project will involve a comprehensive process starting from the study kick-off, encompassing data collection, facilitating public meetings with stakeholders, and continuing through the adoption and implementation of the updated study. Additionally, the contractor will calculate the maximum assessable full-cost recovery transportation impact fee for a 10-year period in each fee-bearing service area, prepare the 2027 transportation impact fee report, and draft ordinance changes as necessary.

Vendors are required to submit all questions by April 17, 2026. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 14, 2026.
